BAYNES - Tory and William are visiting the amish countryside in Pennsylvania in the autumn enjoying the leaves and the old-fashioned lifestyle and find themselves in a backwards small hick town. As they are walking down the street, they see two men helping an elderly women cross the street when suddenly a reckless teen drive comes barrelling around the corner in a pickup truck. William pushes them out of the way and suffers internal bleeding, broken bones, a dislocated shoulder and a ruptured spleen. The responding officer is the father of the teen who decides to arrest William for jay walking. They end up staying in the town for three months while the "trial" proceeds under a corrupt judge. Tory files complaints with the state Bar and receives death threats.
BROWN - Colby and Justine decide to visit New York and wanted to stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. On a whim Colby calls and gets such a great deal he can't resist and surprises Justine with the trip. The first morning they find out why the great deal when they are woken up by the demolition explosions of a neighboring building.
CHANEY - Joe and Morgan find themselves bored and decide to take a trip to Canada. They decide to travel by train across the country and end up visiting the West Edmonton Mall. Joe decides he is still young and goes on the roller coaster. As he is flying along the tracks he realizes that he is not as young as he used to be and he cannot get out of the car at the end of the ride. Ambulance and paramedics finally dislodge him and he spends two days in the hospital.
DALTON - James and Karyann take a vacation to a castle in Scotland. During the night Karyann hears a noise and screams, James jumps up and attacks an intruder in the room. Karyann notices that he came through a secret entrance behind the fireplace that not even the management knew about. She is allowed to go along with the investigators as they explore. They discover a hidden throne room that was created for James I in case of treason and still holds many medieval objects from his reign. She of course writes a book about it.
DRISKELL - The whole family gets together for Thanksgiving and the grandkids ask to go play outside. A little while later the police show up at the door with Fasio and Claire. It turns out that Police Officer Bryant found a perfect hiding place for watching for speeding motorists and as he sitting there he was amazed that everyone was under the speed limit, so he investigated and found the problem. Little Claire was standing on the side of the road with a huge hand painted sign which said "Radar Trap Ahead." A little more investigative work led the officer to her accomplice, Fasio 100 yards beyond the radar trap with a sign reading "Tips" and a bucket at his feet, full of change.
KELLY - Tyler and Katie take a trip to Australia, on the flight there is a problem with the engines and they are diverted to an obscure island with a small airport. They find out that they will have to wait until a part can be flown in so they try to find a place to stay which is when they find out that the island is actually one organization and it is the largest nudist colony in the world. They decide to stay at the airport...
MORRISETTE - Jacob and Victoria are on vacation in Florida eating at an outside cafe. They notice that there is a car with several tickets on it, funny thing, they can see someone at the wheel, just sitting there. Jacob calls the police who come and discover a man dead inside a car in who has been confirmed missing since February. The city employees are now having to answer questions about why the man's car was ticketed seven times by city employees, beginning the day after he was last seen alive.
SETZER - Tylor and Tasha rent a car for a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. The last day there a hurricane strikes. They make it to a shelter on fumes. All the gas stations were out of gas. They are charged a fee for not returning the car to the airport because car was sucked into the ocean because of the hurricane.
STILLSON - Aaron and Jaime's house is broken into. The police come and take the report. The neighbor hood decides to start a neighborhood watch group and are invited to a neighbor's home to meet with police for the organizational meeting. Upon arrival Jaime notices that the hostess is wearing some of the clothing and jewelry that was stolen from her own home. She reports it to the cop who promptly arrests the neighbor.
WARNER - Devon and the kids visit and the grandkids come in with a lost "cat" asking if they can keep it. It only takes a minute to realize it isn't a cat, it's a skunk, which gets the kids screaming and scaring it! Pay for the clean up and move to a hotel for 2 weeks to stay away from the smell!

TV ads for the stores focus on a series of people needing "just a pair of red pumps," or "a classic white blouse" or a "sofisticated pair of black slacks." The uniform market focuses on "The Classic Clean Look." and the internet addresses both.
Dalton and Setzer - The movie is filmed in the Willamette Valley and Tasha is hired by the director to be the physical trainer for the cast. Karyann and Tasha develop a good friendship and Karyann convinces Tasha to start up a practice in LA.

Victoria works on the marketing strategy and Nicolina works on the logo etc.
Dalton - The movie is picked up and named "Into the Fire" and revolves around the volatile relationships in a tight-knit family in Oregon who find themselves stranded in the Cascades where they have to resolve their issues.

Brown - Justine creates a healthy kids program that includes schools changing to only selling foods that are fresh or baked (no fried foods) and it is adopted statewide.
Dalton - "Days End" ends its 5th season with Emmy nominations in 5 categories including "Best writing." It wins in all 5 categories. Karyann becomes sought after to make write a longer piece for a made for TV movie.
Driskells - Levi Graduates and is accepted at OSU
Kelly and Setzer - Tasha develops a new machine that allows paralysis victims to have full circulation of the blood in their legs and creates strength in the weakened muscles. It is called Total Motion. The clinic she is working at gets the money, but she gets the credit and acknowledges Tyler's assistance and more people come to see her specfically. Tyler also gets more patients.

Yesterday's 20 Year Reunion was a successful event held in the LHS Commons! Approximately 75 classmates and their guests rocked the night away to the nostalgic "OLDIES" of Metro Station, The Jonas Brothers, Paramore, Green Day, Ludacris, and Miley Cyrus!
Setzer - Tylor is shipped out to the Middle East because Georgia has invaded Russia. Tasha and the kids go home to stay with her parents in December.

Today on Dave they did the math about owning cars. People buy in to the MYTH that "you will always have a car payment."
Facts:
The average new car cost $26,000
The average car payment $464 for 72 months
The car will be worth $6000 in a couple years.
Dave says try this:
Buy a $1500 car and put the $464 in a savings account.
In 10 months you will have $4640 dollars.
Add that to the $1500 your car is worth and you can get a $6000 value car.

Keep saving the $464 dollars a month and in 10 more months you can take the $4640 plus the $6000 your car is worth and buy a $10000 value car.

The parents can input the schedules into a main computer program on the home computer. It monitors where everyone is and reminds of appointments and activities. It comes in several styles...a wrist watch, a cell phone, a necklace, etc. Parents can see where their child is at any given moment and have direct contact with them either in voice or text depending on age.

The covers are expandable within a certain range and come in several sizes. Nicolina creates a logo that says, "Got You Covered" and Mason sends it out to major safety companies. Justine decides to do a fundraiser for the middle-school athletics program. She does a walk-a-thon on her 30th birthday and walks one lap for each year she is old. Students and other teachers can walk to for as many laps as they want to, or are able. Makes over $1500 Decides to make it an annual event.

Well, the snow got us yet again and we missed another day of class. So we have not had computer days that we needed. I will check and see if we can snag it a few times after watching Dave this week!

DRISKELL - Workers decided to dig a parallel hole a few feet away and then dig horizontally to reach the child, the problem is ensuring that the horizontal tunnel is at the right level to reach the child and not below or above which could destabilize the entire thing and cause the child to plunge to his death.... The plan works and he is saved at 2:33am and taken to the hospital. He has a broken arm and a dislocated shoulder and suffered from minor exposure, but is expected to make a full recovery. Funds come in from all over to cover the rescue effort and all the national news magazines and shows call for interviews.

She comes up with a marketing strategy for Macintosh Computers new program for household management called "An Apple a Day" the program keeps all home upkeep items, calendar events, birthdays, etc. and tells people when to buy replacement filters, bulbs, batteries etc. as well all family events. It even lets you add notes about preferences etc. Victoria is given a raise of 3% starting in August.

Work continues past midnight....
