DRISKELL - Workers decided to dig a parallel hole a few feet away and then dig horizontally to reach the child, the problem is ensuring that the horizontal tunnel is at the right level to reach the child and not below or above which could destabilize the entire thing and cause the child to plunge to his death.... It even lets you add notes about preferences etc. Victoria is given a raise of 3% starting in August.
